At first, I was not sure about taking a cash offer for my mother’s distressed property. After meeting with Darryl and his partner, my concerns were eased. Darryl provided a fair offer that was way more than we expected and was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. He worked with my brother, who lives in TN, and I giving us time from the point of closing to allow for us to get anything else we wanted from the home. Well I was in dire need of help as my house ( that I haven’t lived in 5 years in) had a lots of issues and I didn’t know what to do. This company’s main realtor Gary contacted me and I was nervous about these other people that kept texting me and wanted to see what I owed the mortgage company and I met with Gary and Darryl from Smoking S Property’s. I signed with Gary the agent and they both met with the other investors interested in my property and got them above what they wanted to pay me. And if I’d have gone by myself being a bit gullible and stupid about these things I would have made a mistake (BIG MISTAKE) Well Smokin S Property’s offered me more plus closing costs and time to get my stuff out as it’s a cash offer so you can close fast .
